"Can Grow" field in Header

Hi

There are two fileds in the header. They are kept one below another. For both "Can Grow" option is checked. While printing the lower field is not moving downward as the upper one is growing. So both the fields are merged and printing on the same line.

How can I get rid of this?

Please Help.
