I have a problem, my internet connection seems to terminate with time. If I
reboot my computer my connection is re-established, after the computer sits
awhile, I'll get "cannot find server" again, strange. I was hoping someone
could help me? This doesn't seem to correlate with any particular web site.
My connection is gone period. Thank you so much in advance.

It sounds like your ISP is terminating your DNS service and recycling your
IP number.
About a year ago, I experienced a similar problem. it eventually resolved
itself as the provider expanded it domain of IP numbers available. However,
I hear that some cable/DSL providers do this in order to make it difficult
for anyone publishing any type of server.

> Ron|||Thank you so much. I've had my internet provider out to the house to look
things over (Charter Communications), they say everything looks good, signal
strength etc.
You've given me something to go on. Take care and thanks again for taking
the time to help me.
